We've put up several new videos and added the 2010 youngsters. Most of these videos are short clips to give you an idea of each horse. BUT, we have no problem doing a video of something specific that you would like to see of an individual horse. We can also make you a DVD and mail it to you, if you prefer. Click here for Rivervale Farm's channel The horses listed below are sired by MEISTERWIND or LION KING out of very good quality, well bred mares. Our mares are Warmblood, Anglo-Arab and Purebred Arabian. Most of these youngsters are Branded and have German passports (papers) with the Rheinland-Pfalz-Saar (Zwebrücken) Verband. Our horses are healthy, sound, and have received excellent care and nutrition from birth. They are raised outside and are tough and athletic. They are not "hot house flowers"! They are brought into the barn, handled and worked with and then returned to their group pasture. They are in training with GRAND PRIX rider and USDF BRONZE, SILVER AND GOLD MEDALIST, CRAIG HECKERT. Meisterwind has always produced very good minded, trainable youngsters. They have excellent and correct movement and should excel in any discipline. They are nice horses to train being smart and cooperative. Excellent work ethic is natural with the Meisterwind offspring. LION KING is one of the best bred stallions available in this country. He comes from a family of "rideability" and his foals have the same incredible people friendly attitude! They are under saddle now and are wonderful! Talented on the flat and over fences they are proving easy and uncomplicated to train.

We are always open to negotiation and offers, especially to show homes. These are super nice youngsters, sired by stallions with impressive show records and in training with a young horse specialist, who is also an accomplished competitor. Our horses have very good reputations for being uncomplicated to ride and easy to get along with. References Available! Our horses are priced very reasonably. July - 2008 Black Zweibrucken gelding by Lion King, out of our Premium Meisterwind daughter, RF Mariachi. This gelding was the co-highest scoring colt in the nation for RPSI in 2008. He is a very nice mover and his disposition is super as well. He is 16.1 and will grow some yet. He has excellent bone and very good feet. Lunar Tanz is an incredible prospect for the ambitious amateur or professional. Willing and brave he gives every indication that he will make up into a very competitive Hunter, a serious Dressage competitor or an Event horse that finds being on top after Dressage an easy task! His gaits are very good, comfortable to sit and you could set a metronome to his rhythm. His mind and work ethic are wonderful. RF LIONETTA 2006 Black Zweibrucken mare by Lion King, out of Melodie by Meisterwind. Lionetta is a medium sized, fancy young mare with very good movement. She has really developed into a beautiful mare. She has a sweet disposition and enjoys being around people. Lionetta is 16 hands now and still growing. She is super willing and cooperative, but does have a gas pedal. Not a dead head but also not a hot head. Lionetta is jumping wonderfully, up to 4 feet and has very good automatic changes. She is very willing, bold and keen, showing the talent needed for the upper levels, and just plain FUN to ride!

She has been shown very successfully and is ready for a serious rider to take her to the Jumper ring or the Eventing circuit. RF Mohican 2008 Pinto Gelding by Meisterwind, out of Sage's Painted Lady. For the person looking for a fancy, picture book pretty horse in a smaller package. Mo is 15.2 but has the jump of a much bigger horse. He has a ton of talent, and a super sweet disposition. Mo is well started, walk, trot, canter and jumping small courses both inside and out. He is good alone or with other horses. He is the last of the pintos we will be producing. His dam was a winning show mare, both open and youth. RF Mica 5/15/2009 Black Zweibrucken filly by Meisterwind, out of Gold Digger by Gold Fuerst. Mica is a good sized, good natured filly. She is 16 hands at 3 and should mature 16.2. She has been shown in the USDF Breeders Series and qualified for the West Central Championships. Mica is easy to handle and was very well behaved at the shows. She is fancy, loves people and will mature into a big beautiful mare. She is the whole package as a show prospect and her future as a broodmare is bright as well. Very few Meisterwind daughters are ever available and they are proving to be wonderful broodmares. We have kept her full sister to add to our broodmare band. Mica is the full sister to Meisterwerk RF a very successful competitor in both Dressage and Eventing, and Merlin a winning Hunter. Mica is lifetime registered with USEF and USDF and is Registered and branded Zweibrucken (RPSI). Mica is now under saddle, walk, trot and canter. She leaves her herd mates to come into the barn and work, with no fuss. She has been easy to start, and is giving every indication that she is a serious Hunter prospect. RF Midnight Serenade 2010 Zweibrucken Gelding by Meisterwind, out of Summers Song. Sari is an incredibly beautiful young gelding. He is one of the last foals by the Grand Prix Trakehner, Meisterwind, and out of a very good Arabian mare. Sari has a sweet and cooperative disposition and excellent conformation. His jump is big and correct and he has very rhythmic gaits. Sari is lifetime registered with USEF and is registered and branded Zweibrucken (RPSI).

RF Leggiero 2010 Zweibrucken Gelding by Lion King, out of RF Muzique, by Meisterwind. His barn name is Cheeky, and he is a most personable guy. Very quiet and easy to get along with, he is pretty and talented as well. Cheeky's pedigree is chock full of successful performance horses and he showed an incredible amount of talent in the jump chute. Her dam is our Premium daughter of Meisterwind. Lullaby is "the whole package" for the serious rider or breeder looking for imported quality at a domestic price. She is a prospect for the serious amateur or the professional looking for upper level ability. Lambada is a beautiful girl, these pictures really don't do her justice. She should mature on the smaller side making her perfect for the person looking for FEI gaits in a smaller package. Of course with this jump, she is a likely candidate for the Hunter ring as well. SOLD Congratulations to Jackie (MI)!! RF Lotus July 7, 2008 Bay Zweibrucken gelding by Lion King, out of Mercedes, by Meisterwind. Lotus is a very striking bay with chrome and a silver tail. He is sweet and good natured. We call him "Curious George" as he is nosey and into everything! He is a very pretty mover and just over all a nice gelding. His dam Mercedes is the full sister of McGyver, winning Event horse and Maxim, winning Dressage mare. (see them on the Meisterwind offspring page) Lotus is the full brother to Legerdemain who is developing into a fabulous hunter for his owner. Lotus is under saddle, walk, trot, canter and jumping small courses. He is just as nice as we expected him to be. He is FANCY! Quiet, cooperative and fun! SOLD Dios Viento 2009 gelding by Meisterwind out of Gay Anns Genesis (Arabian) Dios is an absolutely adorable pony gelding. He was bred by a close friend of ours and her circumstances have resulted in her needing to sell him. Dios is very good minded and easy to get along with. He is pretty, has excellent gaits and a super jump. He is 13.2 now and we think he will end up a large pony.
